ABOUT THE TRUST
The Waterlow-Heuston Kids Trust is a trust account set up to receive donations for the benefit of the Waterlow-Heuston children after the tragic deaths of the children’s mother Chloe Waterlow, and their grandfather Nicholas Waterlow, in Randwick, Sydney, on 9 November 2009.
A group of Chloe and Ben’s (Chloe's husband) good friends have put together this Trust fund in response to all the enquiries we have received from people on how they can help Ben, Will, Ruby and James. The intention of the Trust is to alleviate the family’s immediate financial pressures so Ben can devote as much time as he feels he needs to helping his kids adjust to life without their mum. For those of you not lucky enough to know Chloe and her dad Nick, they were exceptional, compassionate, generous people. As Ben said in a letter read out by one of her best friends at her funeral, Chloe was always there to help a friend or adopt another and she would have been the first to support a family in need like hers is now. The family is truly appreciative of the love and support being provided to them in this time of need.
